Am I eligible to join the rewards program?
If it is not you personally paying for accommodation, please check with your employer as to whether you can claim the rewards
Are my rewards transferable?
No, and points cannot be grouped with other members to secure a reward. Reward vouchers can be used as you see fit.
I came with a group, can I access the points for my stay as part of that group?
No, our group rates are highly discounted and do not qualify for reward points.
I'm a long stayer, do my repeat nights qualify?
Yes, but only if your employer has agreed to this at time of booking.
I booked through an online travel agency, do I get Reward Points?
If you booked through sites like booking.com, Expedia or Trivago, your stay will not qualify for points as a number of these booking channels already have reward programs we contribute towards.
How do I get access to my account and see how many points I have?
Simply log in above. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it here also. If you've forgotten the email you use to log in get in touch with email@example.com and we'll reset your login details for you.
When do I receive my membership card?
You'll receive a temporary card within 5 working days of your application being processed - subject to New Zealand Post. We'll inform your of your card being in the mail. Permanent customised cards will be available at a later date.
When are my points credited to my account?
Once your account is settled the information will be forwarded to our Rewards administrator who will credit your account with the points earned from your stay. If there are any discrepancies please feel free to get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do all rewards have to be redemed in advance?
Yes, apart from Room upgrades and bottles of Wairarapa Wine, as these are subject to availability.
Can I earn points for my past stays?
Once your membership is confirmed, we'll take into account all of your stays for the previous three months from date of confirmation.
How long are the membership and points valid for? Do they expire?
Reward points are valid for, and expire after 6 months. If you do not stay at Park Hotel for 24 months, your membership will expire.
What expenses are eligible for reward points?
None. Only accommodation spend is eligible for reward points.
Are package deals eligible for reward points?
Package deals are not eligible for reward points.
How and when do I receive rewards vouchers?
You can request vouchers at any time, and these will either be mailed through the post, or emailed to you.
Can I lend my membership card to someone else?
Yes, we will inform you by email, and mail a new card to you once you've reached the qualifications required.
Will I be informed when I reach gold member status?
No, and points are non-transferable or able to be pooled.
